Box office opens for final season of Palm Springs Follies

The box office will open Monday for the Fabulous Palm Springs Follies’ final season.

Tickets will be available by calling (760) 327-0225 starting at 9 a.m., or at the box office, 128 S. Palm Canyon Drive, beginning at 10 a.m.

The Follies, whose cast members range in age from 55 to 84 and perform pieces from the 1940s, ’50s and ’60s, announced in June that the upcoming 23rd season will be its last.

Themed “The Last Hurrah!,” the season opens Nov. 1 and ends May 18. Producer and co-founder Riff Markowitz said it will be a “greatest hits” run, with the best dance numbers and variety acts of past years.

Headliners are Susan Anton, Maureen McGovern and Darlene Love.
