Donate a toy for children in need

KESQ/CBS Local 2 News is partnering with the California Highway Patrol to bring some holiday cheer to needy children in the Coachella Valley this season.

The Chips for Kids Toy Drive aims to make sure all children have a Merry Christmas this year.

We ask that you bring a new, unwrapped toy to any Walgreens in the Coachella Valley, the Mathis Brothers furniture store on Hwy. 111 in West Indio, or our studios, located at 31-276 Dunham Way in Thousand Palms.

We’re collecting toys through December, 20. We’ll make sure your donation makes it to a less fortunate child or teenager in our valley.
