4 displaced by house fire in Beaumont

Four people are out of their home Tuesday morning after a fire ignited in Beaumont Monday afternoon.

The fire broke out around 4:30 p.m. near 11th Street and Magnolia Avenue, according to officials with Cal Fire.

When firefighters arrived, they found smoke billowing from the single-story house. It took about a half an hour to contain the flames.

Fortunately nobody was injured in the fire. The American Red Cross is helping the four residents who are temporarily without a home.
