Traffic affected after truck flips in Palm Desert

A truck has flipped over on Fred Waring and Portola Avenue.

Northbound Portola is closed to through traffic while police investigate the crash. If you are driving in this area, expect delays or take an alternate route.

There were no major injuries. The driver was taken to the hospital to be checked out after the crash.
