More than 100 firefighters battle Los Angeles building blaze

LOS ANGELES (AP) — The Los Angeles Fire Department says more than 100 firefighters are battling a blaze at large commercial complex in the Central-Alameda neighborhood. The department said on its website that one of the structures on fire Thursday night had its roof collapse. It said one of the structures was “filled with densely packed textiles.” Video from KABC showed a large building completely engulfed in flames and its roof gone.
