Thermal fire destroys single-wide mobile home

A fast-moving fire completely destroyed an unoccupied single-wide mobile home in Thermal, county fire officials said today.

Firefighters responded at 8:44 p.m. Wednesday, to a report of a residential structure fire at Oasis Mobile Home Park, located at 88701 Avenue 70, Riverside County fire April Newman said.

Units arrived to find the 800-square-foot mobile home well involved in flames.

The fire was contained at 9:11 p.m. and no injuries were reported.
