One person dead in a motorcycle crash

A man is dead after being thrown from their motorcycle early Sunday morning.

California Highway Patrol says a man driving with two other motorcyclists was thrown from his motorcycle while on a curve on the ten freeway, east of Cabazon at 12:53 a.m. Sunday morning.

CHP also says the motorcycle was moving at a speed of about 90 miles per hour.

The man and the motorcycle were found off on the side of the road. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.

The other two motorcyclists who were riding alongside the man were not injured.

The identity of the man is not known at this time.
