Woman identified in deadly Mecca crash

Update: We now know the name of the person killed in a three car crash Saturday morning. Nancy Zaragoza, 31, died at the scene.

Previous Coverage: One person is dead Saturday morning following a three car crash in Mecca.

The crash happened at 6:67 a.m. Saturday morning on Grapefruit Boulevard, north of Highway 111.

Cal Fire says that two other people were also taken to the hospital with major injuries.

California Highway Patrol is overseeing the investigation.
