She also has her Broadcast and Operational Meteorology Certification from Mississippi State University.
Kelley first worked with KESQ News Channel 3 and CBS Local 2 from 2016 to 2019 as a meteorologist, anchor, and reporter.
She then took her weather skills to Des Moines, Iowa, as the morning meteorologist for KCCI 8 News, getting a taste of frigid winters and severe storms.
Kelley moved home to Southern California in 2021, when she returned to Coachella Valley airwaves at KESQ News Channel 3 and joined Dateline NBC as an associate producer.
When Kelley is off-air, she is usually snuggling up with her three cats and dog. She loves working with local nonprofits, performing in local theater shows, and taking on new outdoor hobbies.
