Valley Pet Clinic Offers High-Tech Care

They spent the weekend unpacking, cleaning, organizing and brushing on the final touches. After a year of building, the new Animal Samaritans Clinic is almost ready for business.

“We are already booked three weeks out for appointments,” said Tom Snyder, Animal Samaritans marketing director. “People are really excited.”

The new state-of-the art clinic has the latest equipment and services like digital x-ray machines, isolation units, a full dental suite and much more. Snyder says the new center will help Animal Samartians meet its ever-growing demand.

“We were able to spay and neuter 8,000 animals in the past couple years, now we have the capability to do 20,000,” said Snyder. “We can double the vaccinations we give and offer dental and wellness.”

The center will be up and running on Tuesday, but a few things will be missing, like names. For a donation, you can have your name on a kennel or a room.

“You can adopt a kennel for $5,000 and have you’re name on it,” said Snyder. “We still have some rooms left with naming options.”

For about a million dollars, you can choose the name of the entire building.

There will be a ribbon cutting and open house at the new center on Monday at 1:30 p.m. It is located at 72-120 Pet Land Place, at the Animal Campus in Thousand Palms. For more information, visit www.animalsamaritans.org
