Indio Police Search For Gunmen In Deadly Shooting
Police are searching for a gunman after a young man was shot and killed at an apartment complex in Indio early Wednesday.
Indio police spokesman Ben Guitron said officers arrived at an apartment complex near the intersection of Requa and Arabia around 2:50 a.m.
“When officers arrived they found an early-20s Hispanic male lying in a parking lot with a gunshot wound,” Guitron said.
The man was transported to JFK Memorial Hospital in Indio, where he died, Guitron said. His identify was being withheld until his family could be notified.
