1 taken to hospital after truck crashes, rolls on I-10
An accident on I-10 near Cook Street caused some traffic delays Wednesday morning.
The crash happened around 11 a.m. in the eastbound lanes of the interstate, just west of Cook Street. According to CHP, one person was taken to the hospital.
The driver hit a sign on the right shoulder of the road and rolled several times before ending up near the center divider of the interstate, according to deputies.
Traffic was slow-going for about an hour while CHP was on scene. The condition of the person injured in the crash in unknown at this time.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
