FBI serves a subpoena to consulting firm connected to City of Palm Springs

An Orange County on-line publication is reporting the FBI has subpoenaed documents from the Santa Ana consulting firm hired by the city of Palm Springs to estimate land values that later benefited developer Richard Meaney and Nexus Development.

The request by Federal authorities was reported by “Voice of OC” through its interview with the consulting firm.

News Channel 3 has been following the possible conflict of interest between Mayor Steve Pougnet and developer Richard Meany for months.
