Primary voting opens in California

Bernie Sanders in town, Hilary Clinton in Riverside County, and Trump in Anaheim– That can only mean the primary election time is here and voting polls in California are now open for early business at Westfield Shopping Town.

“I started calling the voter register to see where we can vote and they had something in Coachella Valley so we didn’t have to drive all the way to Riverside and that is very important to us.” Debbie Anderson of Palm Springs said.

“I work at the gym right here and I saw it and I am thinking how fricken amazing is that, it is really convenient for a lot of people.” added Zach Wyles, a resident of the Coachella Valley.

Voting here at the Westfield Mall will go from 10am to 4pm all weekend long so save your self some time, and save yourself a drive and get your voting out of the way.

“You hear a lot of complaints about the availability in their work schedules and stuff but for me I had one cancellation today and I’m 8 hours free and it is completely convenient.” Wyles also said.

The early numbers of registered voters are looking good, which will mean long lines likely at the polls come June, but early ballots like the one at Westfield Shopping Town gives you a fast pass.

“So easy, you fill out a card and the nice people help you and you are done in like 5-minutes.”
