Police look for suspect in armed robbery
Deputies are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in an armed robbery in Twentynine Palms.
It happened around 9:30 Sunday night at the Motel 6 on the 72500 block of Route 62. Morongo Basin Sheriff’s says a man walked into the motel with a white cloth covering his head and wearing dark clothing.
The clerk gave the suspect an unrevealed amount of cash when the suspect pointed a handgun at him.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Morongo Basin Sheriff’s station.
