VIDEO: San Bernardino terrorist seen practicing at gun range days before attack

A year-old video has been released showing one of the two jihadists from the San Bernardino terror attack practicing at a gun range just days before the massacre.

The video was obtained by ABC News and shows Syed Farook shooting a hand gun and a rifle at the range.

Friday is the one year anniversary of the deaths of 14 people when Farook and his wife Tashfeen Malik attacked the Inland Regional Center in San Bernardino. Twenty-two others were also injured in the attack.

The terrorists were killed in a shootout with police just a few miles from the IRC.

Investigators believe the couple was inspired by ISIS to carry out the attack. The exact reason for targeting the Christmas party remains a mystery, but investigators found online statements that Malik had written a year before the shooting.

Farook had been required to go to a similar holiday event with his co-workers and Malik wrote she was furious that the couple had to attend an event centered around Christianity, according to the San Bernardino Sheriff’s Department.

There is a Night of Remembrance event scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Friday at California State University, San Bernardino. The public is welcome to attend this free event.
