Former Navy QB back for 2nd year as Offensive Coordinator for alma mater Indio

In 1999 Billy Meraz led Navy to an Emerald Bowl Victory from his quarterback position finishing with a 10-2 record and then served 10-years including a tour in Afghanistan. In 2016 he returned to the valley to take over as offensive coordinator of his alma mater Indio Rajahs and now is back for another season with lessons learned.
