Body found on sidewalk near Cathedral City car wash
A man’s body was found on the sidewalk near the Cathedral City Car Wash on E Palm Canyon Friday evening.
Cathedral City police officers are investigating the death.
An officer told KESQ / CBS Local 2’s Joe Galli that they believe the man is a transient. Foul play is not suspected foul, police are still investigating whether the death is heat-related.
The car wash was already closed when the body was found.
