Yucaipa Pumpkin Patch worker arrested for inappropriately touching minor

According to the Yucaipa Police Department, Andrew Peele, 20, was working at the zip-line attraction at the Live Oak Canyon Pumpkin Patch on Tuesday night. As Peele was helping the underage girl with her harness, he “placed his hands on the inner thighs of the victim and made inappropriate comments to her.”

Police say the victim became uncomfortable and used her hands to prevent Peele from touching her further.

San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Deputies were called and, following an investigation, arrested Peele. He was booked into the Central Detention Center for “annoying or molesting a child under 18 years of age.” Peele has since been released.

The Sheriff’s Department asks anyone with information regarding this investigation, or information regarding additional incidents of this type to contact Detective Madril of the Yucaipa Sheriff’s Station at (909) 918-2005. Callers wishing to remain anonymous are urged to call the We-Tip Hotline at 1-800-78-CRIME (27463) or you may leave information on the We-Tip Hotline at www.wetip.com.
