Palm Springs Motors hosts annual bike charity event for underprivileged kids

Palm Springs Motors had their annual bike giveaway partnering with Variety, the Children’s Charity of the Desert.

Over 400 underprivileged kids received a brand new bike — many of them nominated by their schools for good grades and good character. The annual event is run by volunteers and serves to support children living with disadvantages and disabilities.

“it’s just the joy on the kids faces to be honest with you to come here around Christmas time and see them get a brand new bike. Also, I want to give a shout out to our service department on their own time they assemble all these bikes after hours and it’s just something they do as part of their contribution to the community and these kids,” said Trent Hanna, the sales manager at Palm Springs Motors.
