Valley kids celebrate “noon” year at Children’s museum

Families rang in the new year at noon Monday at the Children’s Discovery Museum of the Desert in Rancho Mirage.

The countdown to noon included a balloon drop with an apple juice toast and chocolate “kisses”.

According to staff, hundreds of kids attended the event at the Museum.

Kids were also able to make their own noisemakers and paint and were provided party hats as part of their experience.
