3rd inmate at San Bernardino County jail tests positive for coronavirus
The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department announced that a third inmate has tested positive for the coronavirus.

The inmate is currently receiving medical treatment while in isolation at the Glen Helen Rehabilitation Center in San Bernardino, according to the Sheriff's Department.
The Sheriff's Department will not be releasing additional information on the inmate, including their identity or medical treatment, due to HIPPA guidelines.
The two other inmates who tested positive where at the West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga. There was no information available on their condition, the department announced the infections on May 9 and April 11.
The Sheriff's Department has previously announced that 10 deputies have tested positive. The department has not reported an infected deputy since April 17. Several deputies have been able to return to work.
There are 3,078 confirmed cases and 120 deaths in San Bernardino County as of May 12.
Here in jail across Riverside County, there are 187 confirmed cases, 134 recovered, and 2 deaths. Riverside County is a more populated county with nearly 300,000 more people.
