Indian Canyon Drive in Palm Springs Now Open

KESQ

A roughly half-mile stretch of Indian Canyon Drive south of Interstate 10 in Palm Springs is finally open after a Southern California Edison repair project shut down the roadway since Monday.

Southern California Edison crews were replacing power poles along the corridor from Garnet Avenue to Palm Springs Station Road. The work started Monday morning and was expected to wrap-up by Monday night, however, the work has extended into Wednesday due to issues with the wind.
