The team will play its first home game on October 13th at Acrisure Arena. Meanwhile, on Sunday at the arena, the Anaheim Ducks will take on the Arizona Coyotes for an NHL preseason game.

Peter Daut spoke with the Firebirds Director of Broadcast and Communications, Evan Pivnick, who is with the team at training camp in Seattle.

"I think we'll see a lot of younger faces this year. The Kraken being at another year into their franchise existence, they have another draft underneath their belt, they have some younger guys ready to take their next step to the AHL. So we'll see a lot of younger faces, a few familiar faces as well," Pivnick said.
