“Modernism Week October” kicks off this week

The first leg of Modernism Week is set for October 19. through October 22. 

Attendees of "Modernism Week October" are able to take part in 50 events, including educational tours of historic neighborhoods, notable buildings and residences. 

Walking and biking tours, an informational speaking series and parties are planned for the 4-day event as well. 

Modernism Week historically brings a boost to the local economy following the slower summer months. 

News Channel 3 will be speaking with Modernism Week representatives for more on the event and its potential economic impact this year.
