All lanes back open on I-10 eastbound after Wednesday morning crash

INDIO, California (KESQ) - An accident Wednesday morning shut down two lanes on I-10 eastbound in Indio.

The crash originally occurred at 4:25 a.m. between Washington St. and Jefferson St. when a white sedan crashed into a guardrail on the interstate.

Debris from the crash was littered across multiple lanes. The accident also caused a semi-truck to jackknife.

California Highway Patrol started a detour at Washington St.

It took a few hours to get the mess cleaned up and the lanes back open. No one was injured.

All Lanes reopened just before 7 a.m.
