Correction: Sudan story

GENEVA (AP) — In a story published August 15, 2023, about international organizations calling for peace in Sudan, The Associated Press erroneously reported that David MacDonald is the regional director for east and southern Africa for the aid group Care International. MacDonald is Sudan’s country director for Care International.
