Paramount Says All Regulatory Hurdles Cleared for Merger, but Lawsuit Remains

LOS ANGELES (KESQ) – With approval by Mexico in hand, Paramount Skydance announced today it has cleared all regulatory hurdlers required to complete its proposed $110 billion acquisition of Warner Bros.
