Community invited to celebrate Maya culture at weekend festival

Celebrating all things Maya! This weekend, the community was invited to attend a celebration of Maya culture and heritage in Cathedral City.

The annual event was called Maya la Feria Internacional de Cultura.

Organizers said it would feature arts, crafts, cuisine, and performances.

The event was set for Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. at Cathedral City Hall.
