Gusty and dusty condition prevail

A First Alert Weather Alert will be in effect from Noon today until Midnight Thursday night as winds will increase dusty conditions lowering visibility and reducing air quality.

Wind gusts are likely to reach 30+ m.p.h.

Winds will be accompanied by cooler temps as an area of low pressure to our North pushes more fall like temperatures into SoCal.

Highs today will be in the mid-90s, but will drop a few degrees through the end of the week.

Into the weekend, winds will ease, but dust will likely remain an issue. Highs are consistently below average through early next week.
