Mild weekend with a small chance of showers next week

High pressure remains a staple of the forecast, with comfortable mid-70s on tap all weekend long.

Temperatures today will slowly climb to the middle 70s, with mostly sunny skies, so your outdoor plans are good to go.

The Jetstream continues to route storms well to the North, so through the weekend we will see minimal impact from storms pushing through the Pacific Northwest.

Early next week the Jet track shifts modestly and a weak storm will pass through SoCal bringing a small chance of showers, most likely on Tuesday, for the Valley. Impacts will be greater for Coastal and Inland regions including the mountains, with some snow possible at the resort level. Rainfall on the Valley floor will be very limited, below 0.10".
