Potential for gusty winds this morning

A Wind Advisory is in effect for the Valley and surrounding areas until Noon, but so far winds haven't been too disruptive. We have seen at least one road closure due to reduced visbility.

An area of low pressure is slowly clearing the region, so winds will remain a potential issue through the morning but will calm this afternoon.

As the front and low pressure retreat, skies will continue to clear, and temps will warm a bit as well.

Expect clear and mild conditions to linger through Friday. A weak trough is poised to move through over the weekend. There is a very slight chance of showers, along with cooler daytime highs and some breezy conditions expected Saturday and Sunday. The cool temps linger into next week.
