Pleasant & Warm for Thanksgiving
Quiet weather will continue across the Coachella Valley through Thanksgiving, with temperatures running about 5-10 degrees above normal and a few high clouds drifting through tomorrow.
Still a few Santa Ana winds going through the mountain passes--25-40mph, but improving. Offshore winds are weakening tonight into Thursday, leaving most spots calm for the holiday.
A gradual cooling trend sets in Friday as the high pressure weakens and onshore flow increases, bringing highs back into the 70s over the weekend.
By Sunday, a weak system passing through may bring a slight chance of light showers, though best chance would be in the mounains as newer model runs showing that most areas will stay dry.
Early next week looks seasonable and mostly clear, with another weather system approaching midweek, but its track in still showing some uncertainty.
