A warm and sunny stretch continues across the valley for the foreseeable future as high pressure strengthens briefly over Southern California. That’s means another toasty evening for numerous graduation ceremonies happening this week. Highs will climb a few more degrees each day, peaking around 104-107 degrees Wednesday-Friday–so roughly 4-6 degrees above average for early June.

Temperatures climb a few more degrees Sunday before peaking Monday, when much of the lower desert is expected to reach the 105-110 degree range.
