Cooling into the weekend

Temperatures will remain warm through the evening, cooling into the mid 80s around 9:00 p.m., paired with a breezy west wind.

The breeze will prevail through the weekend, predominately in the evening hours, with gusts up to 40 MPH. That breeze will assist with the cooling trend that will follow into the start of the weekend, though highs will still remain above the daily average.

90s remain for Saturday and Sunday before nearing the century mark once again on Monday.

Temperatures will continue to climb through the middle of the week, near 107°.
