Picture peftect day, warming on the way

Wow! Today is just absolutely picturesque here in the Coachella Valley. Temperatures today are in the 70s with little more than a light breeze and nothing but sunny skies (aside from a few clouds hugging the mountains). There's even some snow on Mt. San Gorgonio, a sight not seen for several months.

The system that brought yesterday's wet weather has moved off into the Great Basin. In its wake, weak high pressure will move into the region. This will cause some gradual warming into the weekend. Once rising to about 90°F, highs will hover around that number into next week. The weather pattern is fairly benign looking ahead.

As mentioned before, highs will continue to gradually rise up to about 90°F. Highs then will stay around that number heading into next week. Conditions stay dry with occasional evening breezes.
