Three-vehicle crash shuts down traffic lights in Palm Desert intersection

Traffic lights in a Palm Desert intersection have been shut down due to a three-vehicle crash. The crash was reported shortly before 5:30 p.m. at the intersection of Fred Waring & Portola.
