Man found dead near Thermal
The California Highway Patrol says an investigation is underway after a man was discovered dead in or near a vehicle around 11:15 p.m. on Sunday night.
The man was found on northbound Hwy 86 at 84th Avenue. The area is near the Salton Sea where Riverside County borders both San Diego and Imperial counties.
