Indio motorist crashes into tree
Police were investigating a crash in Indio at the Interstate 10 Jackson Street Interchange early Friday morning.
A motorist fled after a pickup truck went over an embankment and hit a palm tree shortly before 6:00 a.m.
The truck was loaded onto a flatbed tow truck to be removed.
