More active weather around the Coachella Valley ahead of a clear weekend
Showers continue around Southern California this afternoon, especially in the inland empire and our local mountains. While little to no precipitation is forecast for the Coachella Valley, some showers could move into the desert later on this evening around 5PM.
The trough of low pressure impacting California will continue to move across the state today. As it moves east tomorrow, onshore flow will continue leading to another day of mild temperatures.
Temperatures remain mild and cool through the end of the workweek. Conditions will also clear tomorrow. Temperatures will gradually warm starting Saturday through the middle of next week. Daily highs will be above average beginning Monday.
