Another system moves through the valley tonight

A Wind Advisory will go into effect at 7 PM this evening and will last through 7 PM Thursday. Winds will be out of the west and may gust up to 55 MPH.

A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect for our local mountains through 8 AM Thursday. The heaviest snow will fall above 6,000 feet, but snow may fall at elevations below 4,000 feet.

Another much smaller low-pressure system will move through Southern California late Wednesday night into early Thursday morning. This will bring some overnight showers to the valley as well as the aforementioned snow to the mountains.

Unsettled weather cannot be ruled out through the end of the work week. This weekend will see clearer weather and a warming trend. Temperatures become more seasonable by the middle of next week.
