Ambulance en route after SUV crashes into mountain along SR-74
An ambulance was requested in Mountain Center today after a driver went off the roadway and crashed into the side of a mountain.
The incident occurred about 3:20 p.m. Friday near Mile Marker 83 of state Route 74, according to California Highway patrol records. The driver was in a white SUV at the time of the crash, with no other vehicles involved.
Information about injuries was not immediately available.
