Fire damages several modular homes, burns of 1/4 acre in Banning
A fire that burned several modular homes and spread to nearby vegetation in Banning.
The fire was first reported at around 12:15 p.m. in the area of W Williams Street and N 16th Street.
News Channel 3 crew at the scene learned that the fire burned five modular homes. It also blackened 1/4 acre.
Cal Fire noted that winds in the area are 20 MPH to 30 MPH.
There was no word on a possible cause or whether any injuries were reported.
