Car crashes into El Paseo business

A car crashed into a business in Palm Desert Saturday afternoon.

Firefighters responded around 2 p.m. to Just Blow Drys in the 73300 block of El Paseo after a white Lexus breached a safety pole and crashed into the back wall. Due to the parking lot being at a higher elevation, the vehicle significantly damaged the wall above the back door.

Pictures show the Lexus resting on top of the door. Anchor Bianca Rae reports that no one was hurt.

This is the fifth vehicle into a building we have reported on in as many months.
