Amber Alert: Father Kidnapped 8-month-old Son, Mother
An Amber Alert was in effect for a man who allegedly kidnapped his 8-month-old son and the boy’s mother from the woman’s Porterville home today.
Pedro Mosqueda, 23, allegedly abducted Sebastian Mosqueda and the child’s mother, 18-year-old Monserrat Caracoza, about 2 a.m. in Tulare County, said California Highway Patrol Officer Francisco Villalobos.
The man may be driving a red 1991 four-door Honda Civic, license number 5VOY539. The suspect is Hispanic, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 170 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.
The boy is Hispanic, has brown hair and eyes and weighs 12 pounds. He was wearing red pants and a yellow jacket. The woman is Hispanic, with brown hair and eyes, and is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds.
Anyone seeing them was urged to call 911.
