Lindsay Lohan Chooses No Plea Deal
Actress Lindsay Lohan has apparently decided not to take a plea deal in a case accusing her of stealing a necklace from a Venice jewelry store.
According to the District Attorney’s Office, Lohan’s attorney has notified the prosecutor in the case that the actress does not plan to come to court on Friday.
A judge had tentatively set a hearing for that date, but only if Lohan was planning to accept a plea deal.
Lohan is now scheduled to return to court April 22 for a preliminary hearing.
