Boy Run Over In Cherry Valley
A 2 year old boy is recovering after he was run over by a family member in Cherry Valley.
Mariah Smith accidentally ran over her nephew with her truck’s right front tire as she pulled away from a group of children Tuesday night.
The C.H.P. says the Beaumont woman thought everyone had cleared away from the truck, but her young nephew had slipped around the other side unnoticed.
The child is from Twentynine Palms.
He was hospitalized with major injuries.
His name has not yet been released.
