Palm Springs Tram Up & Running On Presidents Day
The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway will operate today, beginning service at 8 a.m, with the last car ascending Mount San Jacinto leaving at 8 p.m. and the last car descending at 9:45 p.m.
Tram cars depart every 30 minutes.
The viewpoints, cocktail lounge, gift shop, Natural History Museum and two restaurants will be open, and visitors can watch two documentary-style movies about the tram and the Mount San Jacinto State Park.
Discounted “Twilight Tickets” are available after 4 p.m. “Ride ‘n’ Dine” tickets are available after 4 p.m. and include tram admission and dinner at Pines Cafe.
