Statewide Amber Alert Canceled After Children Found Safe
An Amber Alert has been canceled for a 2-year-old girl and 5-year-old girl who were missing in Willows, California.
The pair was abducted at 9:30 a.m. Friday, according to police.
Randi Martinez , 2, and Vanessa Martinez, 5, were found safe, Friday afternoon, and the suspect was arrested in Mendocino County.
