Memorial Day traffic clogs up westbound side of I-10 for most of the day
The westbound lanes of Interstate 10 are already filled with travelers looking to get back home.
Traffic was moving very slow all day, but started clearing up Monday night.
At around 1:00 p.m., Google maps showed the traffic was backed up all the way to Gene Autry Trail. At the time, the delay was about one-and-a-half hour delay on the I-10 and a 40 minute delay on Highway 111.
Traffic has since cleared up in most of these area, however, there is still a bit of congestion around Cabazon.
